Custom built-in mudroom bench, shoe cubbies and floating shelf. The bench and floating shelf were created with a single 2" thick live-edge black walnut slab, finished with Rubio Monocoat. The shelf is installed with 1/2" steel bars drilled into the back, giving a true "floating" effect with no visible hardware. Shoe cubbies constructed with 3/4" plywood and edge banding, painted to match the color of the home.
