A single slice of a massive cherry tree measuring over 5 feet wide was used to construct this dining table. The oversized slice was trimmed to a diameter of 48 inches, then placed into a custom built mold. All voids and cracks were then filled with metallic black epoxy, flattened and sanded, resulting in a perfectly smooth top.
The Victorian style base was constructed with mahogany, giving a classic yet elegant look.
