A 5” thick piece of highly spalted maple was resawn in half, then laid open to create this “bookmatch” effect. The mirror image of the two halves makes for a unique and visually stunning piece. The bottom is fitted with a lazy Susan base, allowing it to spin smoothly and quietly.
