Two pieces of 2" thick live edge spalted sycamore turned inwards to create a meandering river. Rivers aren't always blue! A combination of deep ocean green, deep ocean blue and metallic white pigments were combined to create the unique color. As the epoxy begins to cure, it gives off heat and "moves", creating the swirls that you see in the picture. For storage, a custom built 22" wide solid black walnut drawer. Curved metal legs add to the modern look, while not taking the focus away from the table itself. Finished with Rubio Monocoat oil for a low satin sheen.
